Gloria (Martha) L. Carreon

Gloria L. Carreon of San Antonio, TX entered into eternal rest with her loving family by her side on March 24, 2018. Gloria was born in San Antonio, TX on August 15, 1923. She is survived by her children, Frank (Alice) Cruz, Linda (Sam) Carreon, Pete III (Lynn) Carreon, Joe (Jo Ann) Carreon, JoAnn (Jim) Martinez, Eddie Carreon. Survived by grandchildren Angie (Chuck) Rogers, Eli (Dina) Cruz, Omar Cruz, Petey Carreon IV, Tony (Michelle) Hernandez, Eric Carreon, Frankie (Punky) Martinez, Gloria (Jhonny) Avila, Timothy Salas, Thomas Salas, Michael Carreon, Dubbie Colbath, Isaac Ceniseros, John Cruz, Rene (Kari) Carreon, Ralph Carreon, and Roger Carreon. She is further survived by many, wonderful great grandchildren. Additionally, survived by friends that mirrored sons and daughters Louie Arguello, Jimmy Arguello, Yvonne Cardona, Cindy De La Cruz, and Carolyn Pena who is like a granddaughter. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Pete G. Carreon, her brothers, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law and best friends Tommie Guerra, Olga Arguello. Visitation will begin at 5:00PM on Monday April 2, 2018 at Angel Trevino Funeral Home 2525 Palo Alto Road, San Antonio, TX 78211, with rosary at 7:00PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00AM on April 3, 2018 at St. Clare Catholic Church, 7701 Somerset Road, San Antonio, TX, 78211. Burial will follow at San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
