Mrs. Hurt was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse P. Hurt; her daughter, Vickie Lyn Hurt; her parents Max A. Voigt, Jr. and Clara Schilo and stepmother, Jeanette Voigt. She is survived by her son, Jimmy Ray Hurt and his wife, Lynn; her daughter, Laura Lee Davis and her husband, Robert; her grandchildren, Jay Landen Hurt and Jennifer Lynn Stanford; her sister, Dorothy Palmer; her aunt, Alice Voigt and numerous nieces and nephews.
