I first met Gregory when he was 3 years old at East Terrell Hills Elementary School. He always had such a big smile and happy disposition. I was his physical therapist during many of his school years and always looked forward to working and playing with Gregory. He never liked to have his shoes on and it was quite a process to get him to wear them. I know that God blessed Gregory with his wonderful family and that they, in turn, were blessed by him, as all of us who know him were. Play in heaven, Gregory,

He was such a sweet boy, with such a spirit of life. May God give you and your family comfort during this difficult time.

Gregory was the sweetest child, with an infectious smile. God has a special place in heaven for souls that pure and full of love.

The Gift of Tears 
Life and death go hand in hand. Our heads know that, yet when death comes to someone dear to us, we are brokenhearted. In one way or another, we know that life will be different. A place in the heart is filled with emptiness. The voice that once brought happiness is silent. Our tears just don't stop and lonliness becomes a new companion.Grief hurts. 
The world tells us time heals all wounds.In reality, time heals nothing because time is not a healer. It is how the Spirit leads us through that time that will make a difference. 
ALLOW THE TEARS TO FLOW. After all , God gave us the ability to cry. 
True healing will come from God. He will lead us from the darkest hours to peace. "He is the Father of all compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles". 2Corin 1:3b-4a "Be assured God is listening for He heals the broken-hearted and binds up their wounds". Psalms147:3. 
I pray this prayer for you, Tom and Gwen,"Holy Spirit, help me find the way out of my grief. Help me to feel the love and comfort You have to offer. Fill me with hope. Thank You, O Father , that I can cling to the promise that your son, Jesus Christ, came to give us eternal life. In his precious name. Amen." 
Gregory was a dream to teach. Truly a favored student. And surely one of the lucky ones....those of us who know Tom and Gwen would say.....to have parents as devoted, loving and proud as they. 
All who knew him loved him. Some of us were even privileged to say,when he came off the bus at Mac Arthur High School, "There's my Gregory". 
With a heavy heart and deep sadness good-bye Gregory. I know, however, Gregory is happy and whole, in the pool or playing some music with a grin from ear to ear. That is the Gregory I will remember, and whom I will see, when I get to where he is. And he will say,"There's my teacher".So long for now, my friend!

Dear Greg. 
You are such a wonderful little boy,,who bought happiness everywhere you went on the Mac campus. You will be terriably missed and always loved.

Our hearts are broken to hear this news. We know how painful this time must be for you and we share your tears. You are each remembered in our thoughts and prayers every day. What a lasting legacy of love and smiles Gregory leaves to those of us left behind. We will always hold you in a bond of love and in a celebration of the life Gregory lived. I wish we could reach out and hold you. Instead we send our sincere care and support on God's gratious blessings. We will hold your friendship and the memories of Gregory in hearts. Your sorrow is truly felt by so many.

Tom, Gwen and Karen, We are so sorry for your loss. We loved seeing Gregory on his visits to Dallas. He made our hearts glad with his smile and his joy of life. We remember the '99 CdLS Conference Com. in our swimming pool and how happy all the kids were. So glad we got to see him at Conference this summer. Sending all our love, prayers and comfort your way.
