Guadalupe F. Rendon

Guadalupe Felan Rendon (Lupe) born April 9, 1929 went to be with the Lord on Monday September 9, 2013 at the age of 84 years old. Guadalupe was a native and life time resident of San Antonio. He is preceded in death by his parents Gilberto and Guadalupe Felan Rendon; 4 brothers, Ramon, Gilberto, Salvador, and Antonio Rendon along with his grandson, Richard Rendon, Jr. he is survived by his wife of 63 years, Audelia H. Rendon; children; Patsy (Carlos Garza), Guadalupe (Robert Martinez), Gracie (and the late Robert Ortiz), Richard Rendon (Rachel), John Rendon (Marciela), Sarah (Frank Pesina), Ms. Josephine R. Barron, and Edward Rendon (Yvette). He will be greatly missed by his 19 loving grandchildren and their significant others; 22 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, numerous family members, nieces, nephews, and his companion canine, George Wallace Barron. Special thanks to Girling Hospice and Home Health Care for all their care and support. A Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday September 12, 2013 at Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd. with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. A funeral procession will depart from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2013 for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection at San Juan De Los Lagos Catholic Church Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery No.2.
