Guadalupe Castro Serna
December 5, 1936 – March 15, 2021
Guadalupe Castro Serna born on December 5, 1936 in Hondo, Texas was called to be with the Lord on March 15, 2021 at the age of 84.
She is preceded in death by her, beloved husband of 61 years, Rodolfo Corona Serna Sr.; her brothers and sisters and her grandson, Adam Serna.
She is survived by her four sons, and their wives, Rodolfo Jr. and Elizabeth, Gustavo and Annette, Rodger and Erlinda, Gilbert and Janie; three daughters and their husbands, Kathy and Jose De Los Santos, Maria and Mario Chapa, Amelia and Richard Alaquinez; twenty-four grandchildren, fifty-two great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 2021 at The Promised Land Church, 9403 SE Loop 410, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Service will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2021 at The Promised Land Church with interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
