Anna was not only my sister-in-law for many years but truly my sister. I simply can not fathom never hearing her voice again, sharing our deepest secrets, laughing about our many memories including living together while Dave was in OCS - 6 kids, 2 moms. We were stunned and saddened to hear of Anna's passing. She held a special place in my heart due to her heritage. I was always fascinated when she talked about Scotland and I hope to someday meet her family there. She will always be in our thoughts and will be missed. I cannot imagine the pain and sadness David and his family must be feeling. Martha and my hearts and prayers are with you all.

I remember Anna from Japan to Greece to San Antonio. Never met a nicer lady - or a better military wife. She was always charming. Five minutes after meeting wife Pam at SOBs in 2002 they were like old friends. I think she charmed everyone she met. Pam and I send our heartfelt condolences to Dave and rest of the family. We will sorely miss her at future FTVA/SOB functions. Dave, I can't make the service because I'm burying a cousin in KY on same day. I'll see you in September. Steve & Pam Mobry

Anna was one of the most beautiful ladies I have ever met - both inside and out. She would just light up a room wherever she would go. I cherish the conversations which we have had - her wisdom was incredible! I feel fortunate that I was able to visit with her last year, as it had been quite some time since we had seen one another.
