

In her teens and twenties she was a professional dancer, excelling in Ballet, Toe-Tap and Tap Dancing. Hannah was on stage in San Antonio and El Paso as well as several other cities in Texas and Oklahoma.
Hannah is survived by her brother, A.J. Arthur J. Lewis, and his son, Andrew E. Lewis both of San Antonio; her beloved niece, Judy L. Parker and her daughters, Pamela and Candace Parker all of Katy, Texas and Judy's husband, George A. Parker, a Texas businessman headquartered in Houston.
Hannah lived in San Francisco, California for 45 years before returning to San Antonio ten years ago, several years after the death of her second husband, Henry Polak. Her first husband, Harry L. Duke of San Antonio, also died in San Francisco. She and her brother have lived in Apartments at the Meadows Retirement Community on Babcock Road.
