Harvey is preceded in death by his devoted wife Vera Riser; brother Melvin and son William Riser. He is survived by his daughter; Gail Frazer Alan; adoring grandfather of Ari Jennifer, Gregg Jennifer, Keith and Adam and great-grandfather of Ashley, Nathan and Emma; sister-in-law, Gloria Riser; daughter-in-law, Susan Riser.
Harvey lived his life to the fullest, with passion for his family, travel and photography and with great strength and dignity. He will be sorely missed by his loving family and friends.
