Hector T. Fernandez, age 64, passed away September 3, 2013. He was born on July 17, 1949 in San Antonio, Texas. He was a dedicated employee with Raba-Kistner Consultants for over 25 years where he was often referred to as “Hector the Inspector”. He was preceded in death by his parents, Hector and Amparo Fernandez and his wife Linda J. Fernandez. Hector is survived by his children, Felicia A. (Alex Gonzalez) Fernandez, Chelsea L. Fernandez, Leo E. Fernandez; sister, Elvia F. (Maurice) Ripley; brother, Eddie T. (Irene Stiles) Fernandez; grandchildren, Lindsay Gonzalez, Dominic Cortez and Dillan Cortez; numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home on Bandera road on Friday, September 6, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. with a rosary at 7:00 P.M. A funeral mass will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at St. Dominic Catholic Church, 5919 Ingram Road 78228 with interment to follow at San Fernando Cemetery # 2.
