Helen was the daughter of Herman Richter and Regina LaCoume.
She is survived by her loving family, husband, Peter; sons, Paul and wife, Daphne, Larry and wife, Shirley, Jeff and partner, Kirby Wilson, Jr.; grandchildren, Amanda Rakowitz and husband, Jimmy, Peter, Sara, Christopher, Christie Waldrip and husband, Joey; also great-granddaughter, Savannah Rakowitz; sisters, Regina Wilkinson and husband, Dr. John Wilkinson, and Mary Frances Richter; brother, Dr. Kelly Richter and wife, Dorothy. Private services will be held.
