Helen “Mimi” Wagner Clements, daughter of the late Paul Emil Wagner and Josephine Krieger Wagner, was born on March 23, 1926 in Creedmoor, Texas where she grew up working on the family farm. She married her husband of 69 years, Lindley Bert Clements, on April 4, 1947. Helen spent her married life as a homemaker, which she took much pride in. She went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, July 13, 2016.
Helen is preceded in death by her siblings: Jack, Eldon, Thelma, and Paul Jr. “Mike”, who is survived by his wife Betty of Austin, TX
Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her children: Robert “Bobby” Clements (Karen) of Yorktown, VA, Linda Clements Hogue (Rocky) of Katy, TX; grandchildren: Courtney Hall Freeman (Kelly) of Katy, TX, Craig Hall of Katy, TX, Travis Clements (Sarah) of Gloucester, VA, Meredith Clements Moore (Reggie) of Yorktown, VA; great-grandchildren: Addison Freeman, Mason Moore, Allie Moore, and Boone Clements; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be 11 am, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 followed by a 12 noon Funeral Service at Sunset Funeral Home Chapel. There will be a private Graveside at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
