

Henry was born on June 20, 1933, in Chicago, Illinois, to Verona Lepey and Henry Marshall, Sr. He grew up in Chicago and received his early education at St. Francis Xavier Grade School, graduating in 1947. He went on to attend St. Michael Central Catholic High School, where he graduated with the Class of 1951. Continuing his pursuit of education, Henry attended the University of Illinois College of Pharmacy, graduating with the Class of 1955. He served out his military service in France and enjoyed exploring Europe in his free time.
Henry was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather who cherished his family above all else. He will be remembered for his kindness, dedication, and the love he shared with those around him, and who always received the familiar joyous greeting of, “HEY!” when entering the room. His life was marked by hard work, a positive attitude, quiet wit, and a deep commitment to his loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Verona Lepey and Henry Marshall, Sr.
Henry is survived by his beloved wife, Lita Marshall; his daughter, Veronica Marshall; and his cherished grandchildren, Vivien Pachecano and Enrique Giron; his stepchildren, John, Karla, Laura, Roger, their spouses and nine grandchildren. His family and friends will forever hold his memory in their hearts.
Henry’s legacy of love, family devotion, and quiet strength will be remembered by all who knew him.
