Henry E. Mick was born on May 28, 1922 to Ed and Leona Mick in Sinton, TX. He entered into eternal rest on September 15, 2010 at the age of 88. Mr. Mick honorably served in the United States Marine Corps during World War II. He was a member of Helotes Lodge #1429, A.F. & A.M. He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Mick; and sister, Nora Lee Horton. He is survived by his sons, Larry Mick and wife Sandi, John Mick and wife Rhonda, and Richard Mick and wife Valerie; grandchildren, Patricia, Larry, Kevin, and Laura; great-grandchildren, Ashly, Eric, John, Miranda, and Abigail; siblings, Ed Mick Jr., Kenneth Mick, and Ruby Whittington; and numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Meals on Wheels. Family will receive friends and family at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 18, 2010 at Sunset North Funeral Home and Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park North with military honors.
