Hortensia S. Ibarra

Hortensia Elida Sanchez Ibarra, 83, of San Antonio, TX passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021. She was born in San Antonio, TX on January 01, 1938 to Benito Sanchez and Gregoria Ureste. She was married to Luis Ibarra for 27 years. She was an active member of Destiny Christian Church. Hortensia had a passion for dancing, cooking, traveling, spending time with friend for praising the Lord.

She was preceded in death by her father Benito Sanchez & her mother Gregoria Sanchez; her brother Raymond Sanchez; her son Mario Ibarra; and Her ex-husband Luis C. Ibarra.

She is survived by her daughters Melissa Ibarra & Elida Ramos; her grandsons Anthony Ramos, Jared Ramos, and Joshua Ramos.

A visitation for Hortensia will be held Saturday, October 23, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Road, San Antonio, TX 78237, followed by a prayer service at 6:00 PM.
