'Larry, Ron, and Linda: My husband, Bob, lived in Hollywood Park and met with your father at the Whataburger and later at the Walmart for their "coffee club" each morning for many years. 
My own connection goes back much farther and although you probably don't remember me, I'll try to explain. My grandmother, Mrs Perkins, 
rented part of her triplex to your father on McKinley Ave. My aunt Rene 
Fraley, was also well aquianted with you and your father. I also lived there for a short period, and met you when you visited with your father. So, 
although we have all drifted apart over the years we remember many happy times with you and your wonderful family. Howard was a Godsend to my grandmother, although the rent was only $35. a month, he fixed everything 
broken, did the landscaping, and even 
backed my grandmothers car into the carport so she could drive straight out probably self preservation and fear of his own cars preservation. 
We don't have to tell you how wonderful he was, and how many wonderful memories we have of him. You were truly blessed to have him in your lives. Claudia Simmons'
