Howard was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Christopher.
Howard is survived by his wife Dolores Ueckert; children, Howard Ueckert Jr. and spouse Bettina, Taylor Ueckert, Spencer Ueckert and spouse Yvette; grandchildren, Caleb, Joshua, Chloe, Rebekah and Donovan.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on November 28, 2023 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 10703 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78230 with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with U.S. Marine honors.
