Mr. Ward was a longtime member of McKinley Ave. United Methodist Church and more recently a member of Windcrest United Methodist Church.
He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a WWII veteran. Mr. Ward lived a colorful life and has left many friends.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 54 years, Ruby Lillian Hurta Ward and daughter, Sharon Sue Ward.
He is survived by his sister, Esther W. Hagendorf of South Hampton, PA and his adopted daughter, Brenda Horton and her husband, Bill.
