Ida Stein Chycinski

Ida Stein Chycinski passed away on Wednesday, November 13, 2013. She was born on May 13, 1940, in Fredericksburg, TX, to Rudi and Emma Kaiser Franke. Ida was employed with Red Arrow Freight Lines for 25 years and retired from Clear Channel Communications after 10 years of employment. She was active at St. Thomas More Parish and Blessed Sacrament Parish. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Dayton Stein and Wayne Chycinski; her father, Rudi Franke; brother and sister-in-law, Carlie and Helen Franke; and son-in-law, Brady Beaty.

She is survived by her mother, Emma Franke; daughters and husbands, Debbie and Randy Tidwell, Jayne and Leonard Hitzfelder, Michelle and Darryl Gentry; eleven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Also surviving are sisters and husbands, Frances and Oscar Stepner, Ruby Lee and Carlos Weigand, Ruby and Clifton Jenschke, Fane MacKillup Franke, Connie Stein and Dean Herr, Mary Ellen and Gary Thoss, and Godson Chris and Colleen Guzikowski. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Presentation Sisters Retirement Fund, the Blessed Sacrament Capital Campaign or the St. Thomas More Building Fund.
