Ila Irene Center

Ila Irene Center, age 85, died Wednesday, December 12, 2001, born to Vesta and Jesse Humbard on January 21, 1916 in Carroll County Arkansas. She was married to Ward Center 54 years and 11 months. They had two children, Billy Ward Center and Kendall D. Center. She was preceded in death by Ward A. Center, her husband in 1990 and Billy Ward Center, her son in 1983. Ila lived each day as a shining example of a Christian wife, mother and friend. A wife standing beside and offering support to her husband. A mother teaching the truth of loving, courage and the importance of family- A friend by offering help and unconditional friendship, expecting nothing in return. She offered her smile to all the world and let her loving heart spill over with good will to all. Her journey in this life met many adversities and she met them all with strength and courage believing God would take care of everything. Rest now beautiful lady in the arms of God. The angels surely rejoiced today and welcomed you home. She is survived by her son, Kendall Center and wife Elaine; daughter-in-law, Bobbye Center; grandchildren, Deanna Mitchell, Holly Smith and husband David, Kenny Center, Peggy Worsham, Tammy Duncan and husband, Jeff, Dieter Werner and wife, Donna Michelle, Mike Center and wife, Connie, Lance Center and wife, Jackie, and Billye Bob Cinek and husband Richard; 11 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
