Irene is survived by her sister, Delia R. Andrade and numerous nieces and nephews. Irene was a Master Barber for over 10 years and went on to work at Kelly Air Force Base for 12 years. She enjoyed attending church services, watching western movies, baking and spending time with her cats.
Visitation will be at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home, 6321 Bandera Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238 on Friday, June 17, 2022 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at The Christ Temple Tabernacle Church, 279 Tarasco Drive, 78227 with Pastor Harold J. China officiating. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
