She was born in San Antonio on November 4th, 1948. Isabel graduated from Alamo Heights High School and she studied accounting.
She was married to Allen Wayne Peters September 3rd, 2022. Isabel had a career
in accounting from Tesoro and finally retired after many years with Valero Petroleum.
She had a passion for floral arrangement and created dozens of custom festive wreaths for many varied occasions.
