Raised in Arizona with six brothers and sisters, Isabel received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Joseph Hospital in Phoenix. Isabel was always willing to help friends and family when her nursing skills were needed.
Living all over the United States, she returned to San Antonio to retire in 2007. She enjoyed socializing with her friends and playing Bingo at her Brookdale retirement community.
The greatest joy in Isabel's life were her two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by, her husband, Daniel Russell.
Isabel is survived by her daughter, Denise Jacks and two grandchildren.
