Isidro "Sonny" P. Guzman

Isidro P. (Sonny) Guzman, born on August 6, 1936 in San Antonio,TX was called to be with The Lord on May 28, 2023 at the age of 86. He was a United States Air Force Veteran and member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 9186.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willie H. and Beatrice P. Guzman; wife, Eva Garza Guzman; siblings, Willie Guzman Jr., Rudy Guzman and Beatrice Trevino.

He is survived by his son, Mike Guzman; daughter, Rosa Lee Guzman; grandson, Miguel Lozano; siblings, Dora Guzman Moya and Jose (Joe) Guzman.

The Visitation will be held Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Trevino Funeral Home, 226 Cupples Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237 followed by a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. The Funeral Procession will depart on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 9:15 a.m. for a 10:00 a.m. Mass of The Resurrection at Our Lady of The Angels Catholic Church, 1214 Stonewall, San Antonio, TX 78211. Interment will follow in San Fernando Cemetery II, 746 Castroville Rd., San Antonio, TX 78237.
