Jack “Pinky” Pinkston passed away December 4, 2010. He was born January 29, 1931 in Denton, Texas to Floyd and Dora Pinkston. He was a member of Northern Hills Methodist Church and Army Lodge #1105. Jack was preceded in death by his son, John Pinkston and daughter, Katheryn Pinkston.
Survivors include his wife of 59 years, Jane Pinkston; children, Cindy Barrow, Susan Robinson and Paula Tefteller; brother, Jerry Pinkston; and grandchildren, Markus Robinson, Mya Robinson, Tyler Sullivan and Molly Sullivan.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 7, 2010 from 6PM to 8PM at Sunset Funeral Home. A funeral service will be Wednesday, December 8, 2010 at 2PM at Northern Hills Methodist Church. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Northern Hills Methodist Church.
