James E. Allen, age 77, a resident of San Antonio since 1964, died Wednesday, March 17, 2004.
Mr. Allen enjoyed his career in law enforcement. He served Bexar County and the cities of Alamo Heights, Olmos Park, and Windcrest before joining the Kirby Police Department where he served as Police Chief for 6 years.
Survivors: wife of 26 years, Jessie Allen; daughters, Sheri and husband, Ed Thomas, and Janice Andreolli; grandchildren, Kristi Thomas and Tammy Andreolli; numerous nieces and nephews
