James Homer Forrester

He was loved as a son, a brother, a husband, a father and as a grandfather. He was a veteran in the United States Army. He was a car enthusiast, enjoying tinkering and rebuilding. He enjoyed times with friends, sharing stories and playing a round of cards. He was a great friend and good neighbor.

Jim’s work career was almost exclusively in Civil Service to the United States. He worked at Kelly Air Force Base and Randolph Air Force Base. Over his career spanning more than 30 years, he managed several engineering teams leading to many innovations in avionics and life support systems.

He is preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. He is survived by his children James Joseph Forrester with wife Jerry Forrester and Steven Patrick Forrester with wife Michelle Forrester; grandchildren Kristin, Meghan, Sean and Aliera; and brother Carl Forrester.
