

He is survived by his devoted wife, Muoi Logan, and his loving daughter, Marlien Rendon.
James proudly served more than 23 years in the United States Army, completing tours in Germany, Vietnam, and Korea. His dedication to service reflected his deep sense of duty and love for his country.
Known by all as an easygoing, kind, and friendly soul, James had a gift for making everyone feel welcome. He loved hot weather, a cold beer, and talking about his days in the Army, often sharing stories with his trademark humor and twinkle in his eye. A true music lover, he enjoyed blues, jazz, and rock and roll, and could often be found listening to his favorite tunes while relaxing at home or working in the yard. He will be fondly remembered for his warm smile, his willingness to lend a hand, and his tireless care for his home and garden. Whether working in the yard or helping his wife with daily tasks, James found joy in the simple things and in the company of those he loved.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by family and friends whose lives he touched with his steady patience and kindness.
