James D. McClure, Sr. of San Antonio, died Wednesday, September 4, 2002. He was a Captain for Transamerica Airlines for 32 years, flying "747"s. Survivors: wife, Lillian C. McClure; son, James C. McClure, Jr.; daughter, Melinda L. McClure; grandson, Nathan James McClure, all of San Antonio; brother, Robert Bill McClure and wife, Veronica; sisters, Lilly May Singletary and husband, Monty, Virginia Smith, Martha Reeder, Linda Mason, and Mildred Dygert, all of Weatherford, TX and Vickie Childres, Clarksville, TX.
