Springer, James Jay, loving father and husband passed away on July 17, 2010. Born July 30, 1932 in Lincoln Hill, Pennsylvania, he is survived by his wife, Arlene Springer, children by Irma Springer - Jimmy, Laura, Jay and Jeff - , and grandchildren, Richard, Julia, Jacqueline and Lydia. A long time civil servant, an author and a U.S. Air Force veteran, James will be interned at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 10:00 A.M. on July 23, 2010. Flowers for the service will be accepted at Sunset Northwest Funeral Home.
