James is survived by his beloved wife, Zanet Swartz; children, David Swartz, Ashley Swartz, Zanthel le Roux and fiancé, Cory Bigelow; mother, Joyce Swartz, grandmother, Dolores Trewiler; sister, Ann McFall; niece, Robin McFall; mother-in-law, Aileen Esterhuizen; numerous family members.
James proudly served and retired from the U.S. Air Force. James continued his career as a field insurance claims supervisor. He was a proud member of Katy Elks Lodge No. 2628.
His kindness and sincere goodness of heart will be deeply missed.
