Janice May Blalock Miller, born December 26, 1931 in Murray, Kentucky, passed away April 30, 2009 in San Antonio, Texas.
Janice is survived by her husband of 62 years, Jackie Miller; and her three children, Mark Miller, Greg Miller and Jacqueline Crouch. She was preceded in death by her parents, Parvin and Ina Mae Blalock.
