He was born June 25, 1971, in Toledo, Ohio, to Ronald and Barbara Keith Kline.
Scott came to Texas as soon as he could where he attended Devine High School. He was a self-taught jack of all trades who could fix or create whatever was needed. Scott was a carefree spirit with a large heart who never met a stranger. He was a Longhorn fanatic, avid Cowboys fan and even enjoyed the Dallas Stars hockey team; but his number one love was his family. Scott was an active parent in Cub Scout Pack 380 of Canyon Lake and his girls were the apples of his eye.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer Kline; daughter, Brittnee Ragain; son, Cody Kline; daughter, Madison Kline; father, Ronald Kline; mother, Barbara S. Walker and husband Terrill; parents-in-law, Cindy and John Rankin; sister-in-law, Heather Karam and husband Danny; brother, Jeff Kline and Stefanie.
