Jason N. Solomon

Following graduation from Judson High School, he joined the United States Marine Corps. He served in the War of Fallujah and Operation Enduring Freedom. After his discharge, he worked for Gyrodata and the City of Hobbs in the Utility Department. Jason loved Star Trek and was a big part of the Trekkie family. He also belonged to the Roswell Atheist Group in Roswell, NM. He is very loved by both groups.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Joseph Wade Solomon; and his maternal grandparents, Sanford and Barbara Franklin.

Jason is survived by his wife, Jennifer; son, Javen; parents, Joe and Sandra Solomon; sister, Stephanie; grandmother, Helen Williams; and numerous cousins.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2016, at Porter Loring Mortuary North.

The service will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. at Porter Loring Mortuary North. Dr. Bruce Blakey will officiate.
