Javier Antonio Perez was a man of profound integrity and joy who returned to his heavenly Father after a life defined by service and an unshakable faith. A retired U.S. Army Sergeant and a respected pharmaceutical representative for over 25 years, Javier carried a sense of duty into everything he touched. His life was built upon the bedrock of the Lord’s word; he began every morning immersed in the scriptures, a daily ritual that fueled his spirit and provided a constant source of wisdom and strength for his family and friends alike.
Beyond his professional and military achievements, Javier was an amazing friend who cherished the gift of fellowship. He possessed a contagious laugh and a vibrant spirit that turned every gathering into a celebration of life. He believed that faith was best lived through connection, and he spent his years fostering deep, meaningful bonds with those around him. Whether through a shared joke or a heartfelt conversation. Javier made sure everyone in his presence felt seen, valued and loved.
Above all, Javier was a man of immense devotion who deeply loved and honored his wife, serving as her constant partner in faith and her greatest source of strength. He was a protector, provider, and encourager for his entire family, leading his household with a gentle hand a servant’s heart.
He is survived by his wife, Melissa Marie Perez; his children, Sheralee Lovejoy, Cristian Javier Perez-Lopez, Cristina Vanessa Henderson, Mario Roman Addari, Mia Ann Addari; grandchildren, Enoch Joshua Henderson and Luca Kian Addari; his parents Juan Antonio Perez and Wilma Nydia Torres; sister, Lisaidyn Pilar Perez, who were his greatest pride and joy.
While he will be deeply missed, they find peace knowing he has finished his race and is now resting in the presence of the Lord, leaving behind a legacy of laughter, honor, and a love that will never fade.
“I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith” - 2 Timothy 4:7
