JC (Jose Crespin) Alaniz

He grew up in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from John Jay High School. He lived with his grandparents since 2013.

JC enjoyed reading and gaining knowledge of any interests he had, like cryptocurrency and current events. He loved to joke around, especially with his friends and grandmother. He notably read the Bible cover to cover, twice.

JC was preceded in death by his beloved grandfather and best friend, Jose Roberto Alaniz, Sr.

He is survived by his mother, Sonia Alaniz; father, Jose Roberto Alaniz, Jr. (Connie); step-sisters, Danielle Alley and Katherine Assenmacher; grandmother, Anita R. Alaniz; grandfather, Roman F. Alaniz; aunts, Deborah Alaniz and Anna Barrera; uncles, Roman Alaniz (Alva), Orlando Alaniz (Linda) and Hector Alaniz; long-time friends, Steven Chan and Marcel Benavides; as well as numerous cousins and extended family.
