Jean L. Whitney

She was married May 1, 1933 in Minneapolis, MN, and lived in Kansas City for 60 years.

She worked for Kline's Department store for 30 years.

She spent the last few years at Regent Care, and the family would like to extend their special thanks to the staff for her care.

Special thanks also goes to Denny and Marla Lee for all their help in their care for Mrs. Whitney.

Her husband, Frank Whitney, preceded her in death.

She is survived by her nieces, Sherry Abermoske and husband Bill of Ingleside, IL; and Gwen Weaver and husband George of Arizona; great nieces, Lisa Smelter and husband Charles of San Antonio, Keri Noonan, Becky Magone and Bonnie Mitchell of St. Regis, MT; great nephews, Bill and David Abermoske of Ingleside, IL, Ben, Brian and Gary Simkins of St. Regis, MT, and Ronald Whitney of California; great great nieces, Jackie Smelter, and Korynn Hill of San Antonio, Samantha and Kacy Noonan of St. Regis, MT, and Nichol; great great-nephews, Mark Abermoske of Ingleside, IL; Rick Hill of San Antonio, Andrew and Matthew.
