Jeffrey Lambert Retcher, age 50, of Mesa, Arizona, died Wednesday, December 27, 2006. He loved arena sports of rodeo, Barrel racing and roping. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Evelyn Elkins. Survivors: father, Ernest Retcher; mother, Shirley Austermiller; sister, Julyn Austermiller Bird Anthony; brother, Jasen L. Austermiller Vada; nephew, Anthony Bird II; nieces, Sheri Bird and Lexxus Bird; nephew, Jona Austemiller; niece, Jena Austermiller; daughter, Martie Robertson Jereme; grandson, Gavin Robertson.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 2, 2006 at the Cowboy Church of Medina County. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS Research Foundations.
