

“Baby Jeff” was a cherished son and a devoted brother whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and strength to those around him. He was known for his kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering loyalty to family and friends. Whether through his sense of humor, quiet support, or shared moments, he made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Jeffrey grew up surrounded by the love of his family. He shared a special bond with his siblings and was a constant source of encouragement and companionship. As a son, he was deeply loved and will forever be remembered for the joy and pride he brought to his family.
Baby Jeff had a passion for Basketball, but he found happiness in the simple moments—time spent with loved ones, laughter, and creating memories that will be treasured forever.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank Borrego, and Willie & Aster Pacheco.
Jeffrey is survived by his loving parents, Jeffrey & Yolanda Pacheco; grandmother, Mary Borrego; siblings, Katherine and her Husband Jeremy Quintanilla, and Frank Pacheco; nieces and nephews, Elias Quintanilla, Isabella Quintanilla, Alejandro Quintanilla and Tomas Quintanilla; Aunts and Uncles, Frank Borrego Jr, Connie Gonzales, Leroy Pacheco (Gloria), Wayne Pacheco (Laura), Ronald Pacheco (Cindy), Ray Pacheco (Anna) and Richard Pacheco.
Jeffrey is also survived by many cousins and extended family including great aunt Alice Martinez (Elias), cousins Roy Pacheco, Patti Gonzales, Ray Pacheco, Nicholas Pacheco(Crystal), Ivy Pacheco ,Joyce Martinez (Raymond) ,Willie Pacheco, Iliana Pacheco(Pete), Alexander Wayne Pacheco, Francesca Borrego, Christina Gaitan( Jesse), Tony Martinez (Margie), Elias Martinez, Paul Martinez, and many other cousins.
A Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM at Trevino Funeral Home, 2525 Palo Alto Rd, 78211. A Chapel Service will begin at 11:00 AM, Interment will follow at Mission Burial Park South.
