Jeff was a Vietnam War hero. He earned the Army Purple Heart, the Bronze Star for heroism, and the Silver Star for gallantry in action.
In 1988, Jeff moved to San Antonio for a professional position. Soon after, he met the love of his life, Janemarie Chapa, at her family’s restaurant, Teka Molino on San Pedro.
