To my musician friend up in Heaven, Jerry Narvaiz. I can't believe it's been five years since you left us to be with our Lord. Keep jamn'n up in heaven, God needed a great guitarist! I had the pleasure of playing with Mr. Jerry. He was such a great and sweet guy who will be greatly missed. Mr. Jerry was a sweetheart who was always baking cookies and letting us sample them. I Will surly miss his jokes , his smile and his laughter. I was just thinking about you, when I saw you had gone to Heaven. I will truly miss you, and it was an honor to have played music with you. Will miss that hat with the bottle caps that was truly an original. RIP My Friend. 

Jerry was truly a special person.  I met him when he joined Bandura Band.  He was an extremely smart and talented person.  I enjoyed all the conversations about Astrology and weather and music.   I will definitely always remember his grin and funny facial expressions.  I knew what he met.   I know he loved playing with the band. He always told me he looked forward to playing at the next gig.  I feel truly blessed having crossed paths with him.  He will always be remembered. We will be sure to honor him with his songs he produced.   Gone too soon.  My condolences to all the family.  Rest In Peace my dear friend.

Our sincerest condolences to all of the Narvaiz family.  My friend Jerry has gone to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. I will always remember my musician friend, we always called each other "Primo" even though we weren't related, but I always considered him my brother. Jerry was a very talented musico, and awesome on guitar, he would also do back up vocals, and also sing a song or two in our live shows with "Bandura". We were in the process of recording some of Jerry's originals before Covid-19 got really bad, so I'm very sad that we didn't get to finish his songs. I enjoyed playing and jamming with Jerry in all our shows, and will miss him dearly. I still can't believe he is gone....please Primo give us guidance and strength in our music endeavors from heaven....I know we will feel your presence in our future shows. May God Bless you and the Narvaiz family.

Jenaro is survived by his children, Victoria Robey, Vanessa Narvaiz and Jeremy Narvaiz; his 2 grandchildren; his siblings, Jose M. Narvaiz, Norma Hernandez (Johnny Clark), Maria Teresa Zapata (Joe Zapata), Gilda Narvaiz (John Rodriguez) and Oscar Narvaiz; his nieces and nephews, Valeria Hernandez, Crystal N. Wasiewicz, Monica Zapata, Janel Marie Lopez, Roxane Narvaiz Cantu, Gregory Narvaiz, Melanie Zapata and Sarah Narvaiz; and his numerous great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family, friends and extended musician family who loved him.


He is preceded in death by his parents, Jose Maria Narvaiz and Esther Gonzales Narvaiz; and his brother, Gregorio Narvaiz.
