Vela; sons Samuel Cristiano (Sam) and Cullen Maximilliano (Max); stepson Caleb and grandson Cooper; mother Donna Kay Alvarado and husband Tony; father Benjamin Casey Medlock, Jr. and wife Barbara; sister Christine Medlock; stepbrother Troy Alvarado, wife Theresa and nephew Rhett; mother-in-law Rosa Vela; and step-grandmother Edith Metius. She is also mourned by many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Jennifer loved all animals, especially cats. She tried horseback riding several times, but stopped because she wasn't sure the horse enjoyed being ridden. She enjoyed hiking at Lost Maples State Park with her family. Her priority in life was her two wonderful sons. She would have been married to the love of her life, husband Homero, for twenty years in November. She was a kind and loving person who will be missed by all who knew her.
