Jerry always reminded me of his mom, my aunt Fran, very kind. Such a nice person. When I was little, I was so impressed that he rode bulls! So sorry for the family's loss.

I was so saddened to hear of Jerry's passing. I came to know Jerry through our good mutual friend Jerry Hill. The instant I met Zin it was like we had been lifelong friends. Jerry was one of the nicest people that I have ever known and I am grateful for having the opportunity to know him. Godspeed Jerry!

I met Jerry in 1967 at Voigt's arena in Helotes. Larry Acquart, Jerry and I wound up going to a ton of PRCA rodeos together in the '70s and '80s. This was one of the most fun and greatest chapters of my life. I never knew of anyone who didn't like Jerry and I will always miss him and cherish the great times we had back in the day. My most sincere condolences to all of his family. He was a good one.
