Jesse was born to Jose Jesus and Eloisa De La Vega on September 24 1945. Jesse served in the Texas National Guard and Air Force Reserve for a combined service period of 21yrs. Jesse also worked as a Certified Welder for City Public Service for 33yrs. Jesse was preceded in death by his parents, Jose Jesus and Eloisa De La Vega. He is survived by his wife Irma, daughter Tanya De La Vega-Trotti, son-in-law Steve Trotti, son Michael De La Vega, daughter-in-law Krystina De La Vega, sister Gloria Aceves, and his 5 grandchildren Ava, Nikolas, Eleanna, Vivianna, and Miguel.
Visitation service will be 7pm Wednesday July 23, 2025 at Sunset Memorial
Park and Funeral home off Austin Hwy. Burial service will be 1030am Thursday July 24, 2025 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
Memorials may be given to Sunset Memorial Funeral home.
