Jo Ann Centeno Brown

Jo Ann Centeno Brown, age 64, of San Antonio, died on Monday, January 14, 2019. She was born on February 14, 1954 (a Valentine Baby) to her parents, Joe and Alice Centeno Jr. in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her husband Daniel L. Brown; her brothers, Joe Centeno, John Ben Little; and sister, Alice Jo Centeno-Krupp; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Jo Ann attended Incarnate Word High School, Incarnate Word College and University of Texas/Austin. She was a Realtor affiliated with Guy Chipman, Coldwell Banker, Lark Realtors, and most recently Berkshire Hathaway.

She loved traveling, Playa Del Carmen, the coast, walking the neighborhood and being a Texan. Her hobbies included gardening, gourmet cooking, raising her twin Chihuahuas, Juma and Ezsa. She also enjoyed working on projects in her home on Geneseo Road, the place where she was born and peacefully left this world to join her brother Andy and her parents.

Her smile and gracious ways will be missed by her family, friends and all who knew her.
