Great Grandpa - 
It was so wonderful getting to be in your presence on holidays and seeing the wonderful person who made my Grandma who she is. I will never forget how you'd say "Oh, Jesus" and you always had that spunk about you no matter what. You always knew how to bring out the best in us even if we didn't visit often. You will never be forgotten and will forever be in our hearts. I will miss you.

My dearest Dad it's been a month since You went home. I miss seeing and talking to you. I thank God for giving me such a great and loving dad. I pray to be strong just like YOU would want me to be...You were such a great example in my life. Always encouraging me and Linda to move forward as only sisters should be. You hold a special place in my heart. Thank you dad for all You taught us....

MY DEAREST DAD,
ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW DAD, ITS NOT EASY BEING HERE WITHOUT YOU. I THINK OF YOU SO MUCH, I HEAR YOUR VOICE,I LISTEN TO YOUR WORDS, I HURT SO MUCH DAD, I KNOW YOUR UP THERE IN PARADISE, YOU CAME TO ME, I SAW YOU DAD YOU WERE SO CALM AND WHEN I SAW YOUR FACE, YOU COULDNT SPEAK TO ME BUT YOU WERE LETTING ME KNOW THAT IT WAS OKAY. YOU REMEMBERED DAD WHAT I TOLD YOU. YOU BROUGHT SO MUCH COMFORT TO ME DAD, BUT TODAY WAS ESPECIALLY SO HARD FOR ME.I WAS AT MAGNOLIA AGAIN DAD AND YOU WERE THERE BY MY SIDE,  I STILL HEAR YOUR WORDS TO ME HOW PROUD YOU WERE THAT I WAS THERE FOR MY SISTER, AND THATS HOW LOVING SISTERS SHOULD ALWAYS BE....I'M TAKING CARE OF HER DAD... Its been a little over a week since you left this earth. Your smile, your jokes, and your funny stories are embedded in my heart. I will always cherish OUR moments together - especially during the holidays, but I have faith that one day I will see you again. You will always be close to my heart. I can always count on you to be watching over me and guiding me in the right direction as only a father could. 

I will forever love and miss you.

I keep asking Why? But I know your up in heaven watching over me and my babies. I also know that you are reunited with Tio Joe, my other guardian angel. I love and miss you both so very much. You will always be in my thoughts.

I will always remember his jokes & his laugh. My deepest sympathy for your loss. The family is in my thoughts and prayers.

My dear Tio Beto, the  last time I saw you you were visiting my mother, we were mourning her loss. You sat with us and shared very heartwarming  memories about you and my mom singing at my grandpas parties. We listened to Los cadetes de linares. While my family was saddened by her loss you lifted our spirits,telling us stories about your duck "un dia" and your dog "como tu",this was the first time my children met their tio Beto, and sincerely fell in love  with him,although our visit was short, he left a lasting impression in our hearts, and will truly be missed. Our condolences go out to your family. Til we meet again. We love you.

WORDS CANNOT EXPRESS THE PAIN & VOID I FEEL IN MY HEART TODAY. I'm gonna miss waving to him every morning and every evening as he sat in his lawn chair in the front yard. For 15 years we watched out for each other and its gonna be so different with him not there any more. There were plenty of times that my son would see him outside and he would go over to talk to him or help him with the yard.  As i look out my front door the house just seems so empty. You will be truely missed Brother Joe.
