He is preceded in death by his father, John Mann and brother Gilbert Mann.
He is survived by his wife, Janie Mann; son, Joe W. Mann, Jr. Ron; daughters, Cindy Van Wert Dan, Carol Ketran David and Michelle Mann Vinay; step-son, George Sanchez Sandy; mother, Mary Mann; brothers, Michael Mann Dottie and Leonard Mann Connie; grandchildren, Dylan, Kayla, Nicholas, Timothy, Samuel and Danil.
