John, I so love. I will miss you with all my being. It is hard for a Mom to say good bye to her child. Yet, I know you are in a very wonderful place. I know that you are with Jesus, now. We will all miss you so much. Love, Mom.

I have to pause just to get my thoughts down in writing. So much emotion right now. John, I love you so much. I can remember all the times we golfed and fished. We were competitive, but in a good way. Before you left home in Alexandria Louisiana to start on your own, I told you to do each task the best that you can and that you would do just fine. During your life, I hear that you did just that and were admired by the people you worked for and the people you worked with. You worked hard and you worked long. It is a shame that you sacrificed your own enjoyment and the enjoyment you gave others. I am crying right now as I pour my heart out to you. I have realized that is the same way I have lived my life. Maybe with God's help, I can learn from your sacrifices and enjoy my time still left on earth. John all of us, Georgia, Grace, Sherry and Gary and me Ken did the best we could while you were still with us, please forgive us if it was not enough. We love you. Dad

I'll always remember John fondly. He was funny, goofy, extremely intelligent, and just an all around good person. He was so full of happiness and you couldn't help but get out of a bad mood when talking with him. He will be missed by his Costa del Sol family.

John and I met when I worked at Costa del Sol. He was my maintenance supervisor and an amazing one at that! He was kind, smart and very funny at the right time. He will be greatly missed. Rest in paradise my friend. 🤍
