He is survived by his parents, Omar and Mayra Mares; brother, Eugene Elijah Fuentes Perry; and 5 sisters: Gabrielle Lynn Fuentes, Xalma Yzabelle Mares, Olivia Celeste Mares, Evanescence Mary Fuentes Perry, and Briana Jade Fuentes Perry.
John Anthony graduated from Southwest High School in May of 2018 and was an avid gamer and loved sports, specifically basketball and football. He loved his dogs but especially Manu who followed him everywhere he went. He was always considerate of others in every aspect of life.
