While we only knew your dad for a few short years, we respected his Godly wisdom, his example and enjoyed his wit. May your family be filled with peace knowing God is faithful.

I knew Johnny my whole life and what a great example! You could see and feel Christ living in him as he and Louise lived beautiful lives, raised wonderful children, and most of all loved our Heavenly Father, serving the saints in our congregation. I remember the Bible studies we had at his house and the Bible classes he taught at services. There is no doubt that he has a perfect resting place at the bosom of Abraham. Rest in eternal peace Johnny. Love you!

Mr. John had one of the kindest hearts. You could tell that in many ways, but as a seven year old, I could tell that in the way he treated my dog. My dog loved to go to him because he gave her the best back scratches. She knew his heart was good, and I've been told to always trust a dogs instinct. Through years of being neighbors, I saw many ways that Mr. John displayed Christ. From his humble personality to his hospitality of always welcoming me into his house and letting me watch movies with Mrs. Louise. He will never know the impact he had on my life. Praising God that I had a chance to know Mr. John and Mrs. Louise, and that I will get to see them both again.
