John C. Rodriguez

John C. Rodriguez, husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and great great grandfather entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 2, 2014 at the age of 96. John was born in Devine, TX, the son of Fermin and Manuela Rodriguez.

He was an exquisite, expert master watchmaker, a life-long career that allowed him to raise and support his family. John had a zest for life, and believed in living life to the fullest. He loved to dance, travel, sing, and barbeque, especially brisket. His favorite sports were baseball and boxing.

Mr. Rodriguez is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 60 years, Eudelia and his grandson, Michael Calvillo. Survivors include his wife, Clara, daughters, Eudelia Rios, Sylvia Gregoire and husband Bill; sons Robert Rodriguez and wife Cathie; George Rodriguez and wife, the late Rosemary; and Jimmy Rodriguez; 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Porter Loring on McCullough.
